World class employees lead to world class solutions

Freedom with responsibility is not a tired cliché at PJM. We believe that each employee's full potential can be best brought out in a constructive environment. All employees use the latest technology in all aspects of their work, from development and design to production and testing. We strive to have close customer contact during all phases. We believe that innovative ideas thrive best in an environment where the individual employee has a high degree of influence - and where well-being, professional development and training are a pre-requisite for quality. Main jobs and work areas

At PJM, engineers and mechanical engineers work as mechanical designers and project leaders. PLC programmers design the program, run commissioning and are responsible for the electrics. Machine constructors and electricians carry out the actual construction and any fine tuning of the machinery and equipment working closely with the mechanical designers and programmers. CNC operators and mechanical fitters do the "traditional" mechanical jobs. Supervisors, technical assistants and various administrative staff support all of these employee groups so that they can work effectively.
