All employees have a responsibility

Our staff of around 80 people includes mechanical designers, programmers, installers, mechanical engineers, technical assistants, CNC operators, power technicians, electricians, automisation mechanics and many others. We work in a flat organisation where everyone is able to influence both his or her own work and the overall process. We are able to make decisions quickly but are always ready to listen to good ideas and suggestions.
