It is our clear belief that control and structure go hand in hand with creativity and development. In fact, creativity thrives best in the processes where the project is well described and carefully managed. We consider the design process and construction planning as a creative process and we view it as a positive daily challenge to be able to think innovatively. However, tried and trusted partial designs can also be used in different projects as this shortens the development time and ensures high quality.

Our creativity and technical knowledge come from:

• Long extensive experience with automatisation equipment for assembly and final processing of industrial products.
• Many of our employees have been with PJM for a number of years and have considerable experience as well as a high level of skill and knowledge.
• A love of learning. Each job allows us to challenge the knowledge and technology we have at our disposal.
