Project management and quality assurance

We use both our own and standard project management tools

A project plan is created for each project. This shows a detailed time frame for all the project phases, which are followed up at short intervals. Each project phase is checked using established quality assurance tools to make sure that any errors are found early in the process. This ensures high quality and minimises the risk for both human and technical errors throughout the entire process from the initial design to the final machine.

We supply documentation of the testing process according to GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) for medicinal products and equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, we are ISO 9001 certified.
