The process

• Enquiry:

  We start a dialogue with the customer outlining the general scope of the task. This might be a new product which requires a machine to produce it, or it might be an existing machine that needs optimising.

• Requirement specification:

  The customer's requirement specification is examined and finalised.

• Quote:

  We draw up a project proposal covering technical specifications, layout and price. This can either be a fixed price or an estimate, depending on the nature and extent of the project.

• Production:

  Working closely with the customer and supplier, we design and develop a 3D model of the machine. At the same time hardware and software is developed for the machine controls and interface. Then the individual parts are produced and the machine itself is constructed.

• Approval:

  We test, document and train the customer's employees and install and commission the machine at the customer.
